> Foster Counseling & Therapy is a group counseling practice offering trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming individual therapy for kids, adolescents, and adults. We see clients in person at our Lake in the Hills, IL and Sycamore, IL offices and provide telehealth throughout Illinois. Key specialties include anxiety and OCD, loss and grief, and perinatal/postpartum mental health.

Foster Counseling & Therapy specializes in anxiety, OCD, ADHD and neurodivergence, complex trauma, grief and loss, perinatal/postpartum mental health, perfectionism and people-pleasing, relationship concerns, depression, and self-esteem. Our clinicians draw on approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and exposure-based methods.
