Gwyn Golembiewski, LSW
Gwyn specializes in kids age 8+, adolescents, teens and young adults.
In-person and Telehealth
A message from Gwyn:
“If you can dream it, you can do it.” Walt Disney. This quote speaks to the heart of why I do what I do. I believe that every child holds potential, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Working with kids ages 8 and up, I help young people find their voice, build confidence, and believe in themselves, even when things are hard.
I work with children, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, perfectionism as well as adjustment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a space where kids feel truly seen and safe. I believe that therapy can be a place where new dreams begin, where healing leads to hope, and challenges turn into growth.
I use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating Play Therapy activities to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2025. During my graduate training, I provided therapy in a school setting, supporting students in fifth through eighth grade throughout the school day. I also facilitated a grief group during the school year, helping students navigate loss in a safe, supportive space.
Before that, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where I also earned a certificate in Women and Gender Studies. These experiences have shaped my inclusive, compassionate approach to working with children and adolescents from all walks of life.

A message from Danielle:
“The only way out is through.” — Robert Frost
I believe therapy provides a meaningful opportunity to work through life’s challenges with support, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to create a space that is warm, attentive, and non-judgmental, where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adolescents 12+ and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life stressors. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, and several years as a therapist, I bring a well-rounded perspective shaped by working in a variety of settings. My background includes inpatient care, assessment and referrals, and group therapy, which has allowed me to support individuals across different stages of their mental health journey.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. I work collaboratively with clients, recognizing them as the experts in their own lives, and support them in identifying strengths, setting goals, and creating meaningful change.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University in 2017. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and supporting them through life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and care.

Krupa Desai, LCPC
Krupa specializes in kids age 10+ and adults.
Telehealth only
A message from Krupa:
“Try instead of looking forward to things, look inward. Once you focus on the journey inward, you will find your peace.”-Anonymous. Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be a therapist. Helping people feel better has always been something that has come naturally to me. Growing up I was always interested in the science of the mind and when I started studying psychology, my passion was solidified as well as my inclination to help people. I have worked in the field of psychology over 15 years with children, adolescents and families in both inpatient and outpatient capacities. I deeply value building genuine connections with clients ensuring you are heard, accepted, and understood for who you truly are.
I work with children ages 10+, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, adjustment issues, and self-care. I have been privileged to work with different cultural backgrounds, which underscores my commitment to inclusivity. I like to blend a scientific approach with a holistic approach. I pull strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) all while ensuring my approach is customized to each individual. I provide a safe, warm, and empowering environment where the client can be themselves. My goal is to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, gain self-understanding, cultivate coping skills and enhance interpersonal relationships.
I did my undergrad studies in applied psychology at University of IL at Chicago and did my postgraduate studies with masters in clinical psychology at the Chicago School of Psychology. Throughout my career, I feel grateful and honored for all the people that have let me part of their healing journey.

Sarah Pottle, LPC
Sarah specializes in teens age 16+ and adults.
Telehealth only
A message from Sarah:
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers. I believe the opportunity to walk alongside my clients through the ever changing seasons of their lives is nothing short of a privilege. Each and every client that I have worked with has left a lasting mark on my heart. I hope to create a space that is safe, authentic, and affirming.
I work with individuals ages 16+ who are navigating life challenges such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship conflict, narcissistic abuse, stress, chronic illness, OCD, grief, adjustment, and complex trauma. Since entering the field in 2018, I have discovered my passion for working alongside neurodiverse populations and providing neurodivergent affirming care. I'd call myself an eclectic therapist as I utilize a Person Centered approach with the integration of an Internal Family Systems framework.
My therapeutic style is gentle, nurturing, but challenging when appropriate. I view my client as the expert in the room and it is my role to assist them in defining their therapeutic goals, fostering insight, and promoting change and healing through the lens of their values and lived experiences.
I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University in 2022. I previously attended Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 2019, where I majored in Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings and have experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, neurodiverse populations, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have additional training and certifications in the treatment of ADHD and complex trauma.
